Abstract

A new coherent category of coherent inverse systеms will be defined which from the earlier known category COH defined in [6] and [7] differs in the definition of coherent homotopy.

The obtained category of coherent inverse systеms \(X=(X_a,p_{a_0\ldots a_n},A)\) with this new definition of coherent homotopy satisfies the requirements of the theory announced in [1] and [2] without explicitely given formulas.

For inverse systеms \((X_a,p_{a_0a_1},A)\), which are special case of coherent inverse systеms such a theory is developed in [4] (also [3]).
